The Father of Lies is really whipping up his hordes lately, and this week we have heard the most despicable, lying words out of the mouths of these people under Satan’s sway who hate their own country and their fellow American citizens.
We are still seeing the most ridiculous reaction to the killing in Florida of the black teenager, Trayvon Martin, by the neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman, who claims to have been acting in self-defense. The disgusting overreaction by race-baiting black leaders is grossly irrational, because these people are calling for violence and working their followers up into a senseless frenzy over this single incident of what does appear to be legitimate self-defense by Zimmerman, while at the same time they ignore the epidemic scourge of black on black murders that plagues this nation.
This past week, Jesse Jackson, Jeremiah Wright and representatives of the New Black Panther Party all contributed to the polluted discourse of the communist Left. In the case of the New Black Panthers, we are dealing with seriously deranged people who have the sickest of minds and the most diseased of spirits. They are calling for violence in our streets, but the racist Justice Department under Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) does not lift a finger to hold them accountable for their reprehensible, even criminal, words—words which could be said to have inspired recent black on white violence, such as the terrible group of blacks beating and robbing a white man on St. Patrick’s Day in Baltimore, or the black, animal punks who viciously beat a 78-year-old white man in Toledo while yelling, “This is for Trayvon!”
The New Black Panther audio from last week features Michelle Williams of the Tampa chapter of the New Black Panthers and Chawn Kweli, a national New Black Panther spokesmouth on a conference call with their fellow traveling idiots.

“Williams: I just want to say to all the listeners on this phone call, that if you are having any doubt about getting suited, booted, and armed up for this race war that we’re in that has never ended, let me tell you somethin…the thing that’s about to happen these honkies, these crackers, these pigs, these people, these [m- f-s]…it has been long overdue.”
Kweli: “Ya, what she said was right– we got to suit up and boot up…and get prepared for the war that we’re in…this stuff got to boil over, and all your [greats] talked about that happened to be bloodshed involved with revolution- true revolution means some bloodshed, so there’s blood being spilled because there’s a new life that is beyond this bloodshed. There is a new reality that is built upon your original African principles and spiritualities and values and norms that is beyond this bloodshed. But we gotta go do it.
“And as the Scripture said, you gotta to cross it. We gon’ have to cross the Red Sea….I know y’all thought it was talking about some sea in some Middle Eastern part of the world- hell no. We’re talking about some blood. You’re gonna have to cross some blood, and go through some blood and some battles.
“And there are those who wish they could stand in this hour, to see the destruction of the devil’s world and the devil’s society- and I‘m ain’t talking about no dude underneath the ground with a pitchfork and pantyhose. I’m talking about that blonde haired, blue-eyed, sometimes brown-eyed, Caucasian walkin around with a mindset, a demonistic mindset, and a nature to do evil and brutality.””
That is more than enough to give you an idea of the evil minds of these degenerate vegetables. They go on to declare that they are also at war with capitalism itself, because they blame capitalism for all their woes—well, capitalism and white people, that is. How typical of the radical Left to try to blame others for their own problems which result from their own bad behavior and their own bad choices.
These maniacs on that conference call are ranting about black people being under attack by racism. Apparently they would not know real racism if it bit them in the face, since they seem unable to see it staring, glaring back at them from their own mirrors. Yes, these vicious racists are enemies of their own country, the country in which they were blessed to be born, even though they are too blinded by their mindless hatred to see the gifts that God has given them.
The same is true for Jesse Jackson and Jeremiah Wright. Jackson abused Scripture to push the Left’s insane class warfare platform when he slandered Jesus with the moronic claim that Jesus is just like the Occupy loons, because he says Jesus was a class warfare proponent—a damnable lie.
And, Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s dear leader “pastor” of twenty years, said some of the most astonishingly ignorant words you can imagine. But, just like the Devil, Wright manages to weave a grain of truth into a big wad of lies as he declares in part,
“The god of racists is not the God of righteousness. The god of the greedy is not the God of grace.
Of course God is not for racial hatred and greed, but then Wright steps back in it when he says,
Those are two different gods and I ain’t talking about Allah and Yahweh. Those are the same names for the same God.”
Jeremiah Wright and Jesse Jackson both show themselves to be stunningly ignorant of the Word of God, or at least unable to discern its meaning. For Wright to claim that the God of Christianity and Judaism is the same god as worshipped by the Islamists shows a complete lack of understanding of Who God is, because if Allah exists, he is surely Satan, who long ago set himself up as an arch-enemy of God. And, for Jackson to say that Jesus has anything at all in common with the brain-addled, anarchist Occupiers is a display of profound ignorance of Who Jesus is.
Even the vicious New Black Panther goon invoked and misused Scripture when referring to crossing the Red Sea, which he twisted from the miraculous event of the Lord leading the Israelites out of Egypt ahead of the Egyptian army and through the Red Sea that had been freshly-parted by the hand of God. This vile man, Chawn Kweli, attempts to hijack that amazing, historic event and join it to an abominable, murderous crusade by his army of anti-American orcs.
These black leaders are touting the highway to Hell and nothing more. They are inspired by the enemy of God and mankind. Satan is full of senseless, murderous hatred for God and all of creation, and so are these people, his minions. What is their goal? Apparently it is the murder of “white” people and the death of mainstream American capitalism. Why? I am not sure, but it seems they mistakenly believe that if a large-scale race war ensues, and many people die in the streets of America, somehow their lives will suddenly be grand. Kill enough crackers, and all will be right with the world. I suppose that makes about as much sense as any other lie from the pit of Hell.
The question is, how much of this is our country going to take before those in authority crack down on these animals? I am not talking about silencing idiot speech, such as that by Jesse Jackson or the deranged Jeremiah Wright, but criminal speech, like what has been uttered by the New Black Panthers. In our nation it is against the law to make death threats. With impunity, these New Black Panther lunatics are making death threats and calling for violence. Do not doubt that there will be those who accept their challenges, as we have already seen.
How many people will have to die before America stands up and says, “Enough!” to these people making criminal threats and criminal demands for the capture “dead or alive” of a fellow American citizen and making calls for bloody violence to be visited upon their perceived “enemies”? These people must be stopped, and I am waiting to see who has the will to stop them.

Of course we should not be surprised at anything that comes out of his mouth, but comments this week by Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) were simply stunning. Not only were they stunning, but they were chilling. When he issued a thinly veiled threat to the Supreme Court concerning their ruling on the atrocious Obamacare legislation, we saw a brazen, boorish, wanna-be dictator showing his ugly, arrogant face.
Here is part of what he said,
“Ultimately, I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress. And I’d just remind conservative commentators that for years what we’ve heard is, the biggest problem on the bench was judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint — that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law. Well, this is a good example. And I’m pretty confident that this Court will recognize that and not take that step.”
Lies. There is nothing “unprecedented” about the Supreme Court overturning unconstitutional legislation. They have been doing it for over 200 years. He lies about the definition of “judicial activism.” Judicial activism is a very real problem in our nation, and it has been a problem for many years now. Judicial activism occurs when judges depart from constitutional law and create new laws contrary to the Constitution, and that happens all too often. Judges who uphold the Constitution are not judicial activists, but of course, Obama never lets the truth get in the way of his outrageous assertions.
Speaking of outrageous assertions, did you hear what Obama said about the Paul Ryan GOP budget?
As reported by Real Clear Politics,
“We wouldn’t have the capacity to enforce the laws that protect the air we breathe, the water we drink, or the food that we eat. Cuts to the FAA would likely result in more flight cancellations, delays and the complete elimination of air traffic control services in parts of the country. Over time, our weather forecasts would become less accurate because we wouldn’t be able to afford to launch new satellites and that means governors and mayors would have to wait longer to order evacuations in the event of a hurricane. That’s just a partial sampling of the consequences of this budget.”
This is simply breathtaking. This man has never met a lie he is not willing to tell. Absolutely nothing in that statement is true. There is no government agency or program that could not stand budget cuts—even huge budget cuts. If we could truly analyze the waste and redundancy and then eliminate them, we would be amazed at the money we could save while still having good weather forecasting, air traffic control services and air, food and water safety. Give me a break, Obama! He sounds desperate.
But, is he really desperate? When you consider the hot-mic, “after my election, I will have more flexibility” remarks he recently made to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, it would seem that Obama is quite confident that he will be “reelected.”
We may wonder how he can be so sure of himself. There is no doubt that Obama is unpopular, despite the “polling results” being constantly released by Obama-fawning media outlets that show close to half the nation approves of his terrible, treasonous performance in office.
I understand that there are plenty of uninformed or otherwise ignorant people in America who do not have the slightest clue about what the communist Obama administration has been doing since January of 2009, but many, many millions more have been jarred wide awake in the past few years and are watching closely as this man and his fellow travelers in Congress and his administration systematically destroy our economy, our military, our freedoms and our Constitution. Now, this process has been going on bit by bit for many decades, but we have never seen such an acceleration of it as we have seen under Obama.
I do not believe for a minute that Obama could re-take the presidency in an honest election. Without massive election fraud, it simply is not possible. When you consider the fact that a glaring majority of Americans oppose the government takeover of the health care industry and the forcing of all Americans to buy health insurance, how can you believe that many of them also support Obama for reelection? If 60 to 75 percent of the nation wants nothing to do with Obamacare, I find it hard to believe that a third to a half of those people want anything to do with Obama being reelected, unless they somehow stupidly do not associate Obama with his “signature” legislation.
We already see the stage being set for widespread election fraud. You have the Obama “Justice” Department fighting like deranged thugs to prevent states from enacting common-sense voter identification laws. The Democrats are so desperate to stop voter ID, that they are even waging a boycott of Coca-Cola and Walmart for those companies’ support of voter ID laws—all the more reason to shop at Walmart and buy Coca-Cola!
We also see the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) working feverishly to implement stealth amnesty for illegal aliens by granting certain illegals so-called “unlawful presence waivers” for those criminal aliens who can prove they have an American citizen relative. The DHS has been steadily hustling to grant amnesty to illegal aliens since Obama took office.
As Judicial Watch reported on Monday,
“This appears to be part of the Obama Administration’s bigger plan to blow off Congress by using its executive powers to grant illegal immigrants backdoor amnesty. The plan has been in the works for years and in 2010 Texas’s largest newspaper published an exposé about a then-secret DHS initiative that systematically cancelled pending deportations. The remarkable program stunned the legal profession and baffled immigration attorneys who said the government bounced their clients’ deportation even when expulsion was virtually guaranteed.
In late 2011 a mainstream newspaper obtained internal Homeland Security documents outlining “sweeping changes” in immigration enforcement that halt the deportation of illegal aliens with no criminal records. This also includes a nationwide “training program” to assure that enforcement agents and prosecuting attorneys don’t remove illegal immigrants who haven’t been convicted of crimes.”
Why all these treasonous efforts by the Obama regime? For millions more fraudulent Democrat votes, of course. These people from south of the border are already acquainted with socialism, and they bring that ready-made, Democrat mindset to our country.
In addition to the enabling of the illegal alien invasion and the war against voter ID laws by this despicable administration, we also have the very disturbing report out of the Argonne National Laboratory that was featured at Salon.com last fall. Researchers for Obama’s Department of Energy at Argonne demonstrated the amazing ease with which they can remotely hack into voting machines and change the results undetectably. A researcher quoted in the column said he is confident that it can be done on most any voting machine in America. That’s just great!
I also mentioned in a column last month that the United States’ dominant election results reporting company has been sold to an international outfit out of Barcelona. As the website Black Box Voting reported, this move lets the foreign company see our election results before anyone in America sees them, and it also eliminates independently verifiable checks on vote totals. No longer will many American jurisdictions be able to compare locally reported results with the internationally reported results. We will just have to take their word for it.
If Obama “wins” reelection, it will not be in an honest way, and if we think we have seen the worst of Obama’s arrogant, unconstitutional behavior during this first atrocious term, we have another thing coming. If he gets a second term, and there is still no opposition to his dictates from Congress, and if we lose one or more conservative Supreme Court Justices, I shudder to think of what this dictator-in-waiting will do to what remains of our freedoms and Constitution.

We have been watching a prolonged assault on the hearts and minds of our nation’s kids for several decades now. We have seen the standards of education lowered to the point that many kids leave school unable to even write a grammatically correct paragraph, but with a firm grasp of “self esteem.” This is, of course, by design. The communists who have wormed their way into positions of power in all our institutions and government have as a goal the “dumbing-down” of our young people. Why? Because an uninformed, undereducated electorate is like a malleable herd of sheep, and that is precisely what the communists need to retain their power.
This dumbing-down not only applies to the intellects of our nation’s students, but also to their moral bearings. As you know, hand-in-hand with the ignorance being promoted by the forces of Hell is the campaign to abolish God’s truth and morality. Nowhere can this be more clearly seen than in the diabolical push to indoctrinate our kids with the agenda of the radical homosexual movement, which seeks to gain public acceptance and approval of degenerate homosexual behavior and also to redefine marriage to be an abomination it was never intended to be, and indeed, never could be.
There are numerous fronts in this militant homosexual assault on the hearts and spirits, not just of our children, but on society at large. Since Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) was imposed on our nation as “President,” we have seen a ramping-up of the homosexual radicals’ activity in our schools, courtrooms, the military and federal government.
There are currently two bills pending before the Senate and the House of Representatives in Washington. S. 555 and H.R. 998 both have the Left’s typically deceptive wording in their title, “Student Non-Discrimination Act of 2011.” What makes the title deceptive is that this is not so much about “non-discrimination” as it is about forced homosexual indoctrination and the theft of freedom of conscience and religion for students and teachers in our nation’s public school system.
Former comedian, now Senator, Al Franken, is heading up the aggressive push for this detestable legislation. He is the sponsor for the Senate version. He is recruiting both House and Senate members to support these bills. Openly homosexual Congressman Jared Polis is the sponsor of the House version of the bill.
The family activist website, Pray in Jesus Name Project, is leading a fax petition campaign to Congress asking members to reject this awful legislation. Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt has written a Call to Decision piece asking Americans to stand with traditional values and reject this terrible attempt by the radical homosexual movement to force homosexuality down the throats of our school kids as young as kindergarten-age. His petition campaign does charge money to send faxes to members of Congress, but it looks like a convenient setup for those who may not otherwise have time to send individual faxes.
He writes,
“Last month California became the first state to mandate all public schools, teachers, and textbooks must teach and promote “Gay History” lessons to kids. The bill passed last July went into effect in January 2012. Proud of their victory, homosexual activists are skipping state by state votes, and now plan to force their message on kids in all 50 states.
Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) has gained 5 Representatives and 2 Senators since last week, now with 155 House co-sponsors and 36 Senators supporting two truly demonic bills, S. 555 and H.R. 998. These bills violate public school children in all 50 states by requiring mandatory pro-homosexual lectures to kids of all ages (including kindergarten and 1st grade). Schools that decline will lose funding. Franken is gaining steam! We cannot let him win this battle for the hearts and minds of our kids.
We must win the fax war to petition Congress. If the church is silent, and homosexuals petition more than we, Congress may cave to their demands. We can’t let their side win!
Many Christians in California thought they would be able to “opt out” their children from pro-homosexual lectures, but sadly, because the lessons were considered “social science” and not “health education,” students were given no choice but to attend. Even worse, children who voice anti-homosexual views are labeled ‘bullies’ and can be punished (by grown-ups who bully kids into rejecting their parents’ faith.)
Religious Freedom is also under attack from the left. James Madison, a father of our Constitution, referred to the right of conscience as “the most sacred of all property.” Our kids will lose any right to their own conscience, if S.555 or H.R. 998 are passed. Christian kids will be punished, and publicly ridiculed by pro-homosexual teachers. This persecution will not only be legal, it will be required by law.
Bottom Line: If these bills make to Obama’s desk, they will effectively end First Amendment rights for our children, and “re-educate” kids to accept homosexuality starting in kindergarten. Kids will be [encouraged] to find their “sexuality” in the 1st grade. If your child is approached by a pervert they could be punished if they respond in a “mean way.”
Let’s take a stand, to protect our kids from Al Franken’s abuse.”
The “anti-bullying” platform is just another deceptive tool to promote the radical homosexual agenda. Bullying, harassment and assault are already against the rules in our schools and society. This is not about bullying. It is about pushing homosexuality on our children.
The attempt to add yet another protected class of people to the ever-growing list of “non-discrimination” groups is now to include homosexuality in all its various manifestations in our nation’s public schools. Lost in this is the fact that homosexuality is a behavior, not an immutable characteristic like skin color or sex.
The militant homosexual campaign against our society is one that seeks to destroy the Christian moral foundation upon which this nation was built. That foundation is hanging by a thread, and the homo-radicals are wielding hell-sharpened scissors. If Christians and others—who know the ugly truth about the destructive, immoral homosexual lifestyle—stand silently by, the militant homosexuals will succeed.
You must understand that these people are deeply committed to their dark cause, and they will not stop until they own your children’s minds and hearts in the public schools, until they codify marriage abomination in all fifty states, and until they outlaw any objection to their perverse behavior by squashing our freedom of conscience, religion and speech. Do not doubt it for a minute.
We must continue to pray for our nation and firmly resist the vicious efforts of the radical homosexuals in our schools and our local, state and federal governments. As it stands, we are cruising for the horrible bruising of God’s righteous judgment on our land for our many, egregious, collective sins. A nation that rejects the Lord and embraces, and even celebrates, all manner of degenerate, despicable behavior—from abortion to homosexuality and every other kind of sexual depravity and greedy sloth—is not long for this world as a free and sovereign country.
May the Lord have mercy on America and stop the diabolical enemies within from prevailing in their wicked schemes.

The ignorant, irrational mania being stoked by the black race hustlers in the wake of the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin is disgusting. Of course the nation is sad that a boy was killed! But, we are also sickened by the malevolent, mob-inciting “leaders” of the black community like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Those men, and others like them in positions of “authority,” like Barack Obama (or whatever his name is), are the most despicable abusers of their prominent positions for using this case to gin up misplaced outrage among people who are not even looking rationally at what apparently happened.
Why is this story being trotted out at this time? This shooting occurred back on February 26th, but now, suddenly in the past couple of weeks, Trayvon Martin is the poster child for the phantom “white war on blacks.” I suppose that since the Democrats’ phony Republican “war on women” went over like a lead zeppelin they had to find another “cause” to gin up outrage and vicious division between the Left and the Right, the black and the white. Way to go with your sterling gift of unity for the nation, Obama! Oh, but we knew better than that from the start.
Missing from all the misguided calls for violence and vigilante “justice” for the shooter, George Zimmerman (who is not a so-called “white,” but is Hispanic), are the actual details of that fateful night’s events. The race hustlers whipping the black community up into a senseless frenzy portray Martin as a harmless, unarmed teenager, innocently walking home through a gated community in which he did not live.
The Orlando Sentinel released details given by police of testimony from both police and eye witnesses that do not indicate that Trayvon Martin was an innocent “victim.” Rather, he reportedly attacked George Zimmerman, breaking his nose and slamming his head repeatedly into the sidewalk, after which Zimmerman shot Martin in self-defense.
From the Orlando Sentinel story,
“Zimmerman told [911 police dispatchers] he lost sight of Trayvon and was walking back to his SUV when Trayvon approached him from the left rear, and they exchanged words.
Trayvon asked Zimmerman if he had a problem. Zimmerman said no and reached for his cell phone, he told police. Trayvon then said, ‘Well, you do now’ or something similar and punched Zimmerman in the nose, according to the account he gave police.
Zimmerman fell to the ground and Trayvon got on top of him and began slamming his head into the sidewalk, he told police.
Zimmerman began yelling for help.
Several witnesses heard those cries, and there has been a dispute about whether they came from Zimmerman or Trayvon.
Lawyers for Trayvon’s family say it was Trayvon, but police say their evidence indicates it was Zimmerman.
One witness, who has since talked to local television news reporters, told police he saw Zimmerman on the ground with Trayvon on top, pounding him — and was unequivocal that it was Zimmerman who was crying for help.
Zimmerman then shot Trayvon once in the chest at very close range, according to authorities.
When police arrived less than two minutes later, Zimmerman was bleeding from the nose, had a swollen lip and had bloody lacerations to the back of his head.”
You see, this is not just George Zimmerman’s story. It is corroborated by police and paramedics who responded, plus eye witnesses. Oh, but that does not matter a bit to the race-baiting degenerates who would rather see our nation burn to the ground in a bogusly-inspired race war.
The fact is that there is simply no such thing as a “white war on blacks.” The truth is nowhere to be seen in this terrible display of outrage against Zimmerman. The number-one killers of blacks are fellow blacks and other minorities not white people, but you will not hear that fact coming out of the mouths of “leaders” of the black community and black Democrat politicians.
Paul E. Scates, in a piece published at American Clarion laid the truth on the line when he wrote,
“When it’s a white person (or in this case, an Hispanic) who attacks or shoots a black person, it’s evidence that (according to Jackson) ‘blacks are under attack.’ Even President Obama chimed in, saying this incident indicates the need for a national ‘soul-searching’ about race.
Really? So inter-racial attacks are evidence of racism? Well, let’s look at the truth, some factual data that the race hustlers, and apparently even the president, conveniently ignore. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, there are about 1.7 million inter-racial crimes annually. 1997 statistics show that of those, almost 1.3 million involved blacks and whites…and in 90% of those cases, whites were the victims and blacks were the perpetrators. Thus, using the same reasoning as Sharpton, Jackson and President Obama, the real focus of any ‘soul-searching’ about racism needs to be done by ‘the black community.’
Yet in that same year (1997), over 2,300 whites were charged with ‘hate crimes,’ while only 718 blacks were so charged. Because of population size, that means that blacks are fifty times more likely to commit violence against those of another race than white people!”
We will not hold our breath waiting for Jesse Jackson or Maxine Waters to go shouting these truths from their soapboxes.
This whole sorry ordeal and all the satellite stories that have come from it this week, just further illustrate the diseased culture of the Left. The Democrats are no one’s friend, but the people in the black community are largely blind to this fact. Since the 1960s, when the welfare state was established and the entitlement mentality was hatched in the hearts of so many Americans, the black family itself has spiraled steadily downward toward disintegration. Today, we see far too many young, black people—and “white” people, too—who are facing a bleak future, because they have chosen to become a sub-culture of America—a sub-culture that glorifies violent, incoherent “music,” anti-social behavior and despicable dress, and even its own unintelligible speech. How can many of these kids of today expect to be accepted and propelled ahead in the workforce when they insist on rejecting something so simple as proper dress and behavior?
I am quite past giving a rip what anyone thinks about what I say in this, and I know that many, many people feel the same way. We are sick of being lied about by the communist Democrats whose only agenda is to enslave the entire nation under their tyrannical dictates—and that includes those in the black community who ignorantly embrace the Left’s agenda, not realizing the harm that agenda will do to them. So when we see events like we have seen surrounding the Zimmerman-Martin case, we are no longer willing to stand meekly by with mealy mouths.
We have seen the most outrageous behavior by the Left since this awful story was thrown across America and the world—from a black Congressman showing up in a hooded sweatshirt in the House chamber on Capitol Hill, to Spike Lee “tweeting” a false address of George Zimmerman, which has left an elderly couple who live at the address in fear for their lives, having now fled their home, to the Hell-born New Black Panther party putting a more than ten-thousand-dollar bounty on the head of George Zimmerman, to high school students in the North Miami Beach area behaving like wild animals as they storm and ransack a Walgreens drug store, to numerous other examples.
We have had it with the nonsense by these black protesters who, if they even acknowledged the facts in the case, would likely still behave in such an atrocious manner. We have no sympathy for people who insist on denying truth and reason for the purpose of creating chaos, because chaos is the goal of the radical Left. And, because Barack Obama has sided with those provoking chaos, he is the most detestable player in this entire sick-headed game.

Operatives on the communist Left are desperate to silence the voices of those of us who tell the truth about their evil agenda. What is their evil agenda? Whether you want to call it socialism, communism or plain old tyranny, it amounts to the same thing: they want to gather all power into the hands of federal government masters. They are just about completely there at this time.
Communism means that the government owns and controls the means of production and tightly regulates the lives of the citizens. Communism does not tolerate freedom of speech, nor does it recognize individual rights, such as the right to private property. Individual rights must give way to the collective rights of the state, which means whatever the government leaders think is best for maintaining their power.
We are seeing the growth of communism in America as we have never seen in our more than 230-year history. Private property rights are being steadily eroded through devious means that include the United Nations Agenda 21 scheme and the Environmental Protection Agency. States’ rights are being aggressively trampled by the monstrous federal government. Freedom of speech and religion are in the vicious crosshairs of the communist Democrats.
Why is freedom of speech such a great target of the communist Left? It is because those of us who understand the goals of the Left, and are willing to speak out, represent a serious threat to the Left’s power structure. When we publicly tell the truth about their evil plans for our nation, more and more people wake up and see the communist Left for what it is. People who have been lulled to sleep by the lies of the propaganda mouths in the media often wake up when they hear the truth. The so-called mainstream media is packed with, and run by, members of the communist Left. These people are in full agreement with the agenda to subjugate the United States Constitution and the rights of the people and the states to the illegitimate authority of the federal government.
This is why we see such blatant lies coming out of the media. This is why we see the media providing the most outrageous, duplicitous cover for the liar Communist-in-Chief, Barack Obama (or whatever his name is). And, this is why the Left cannot abide those of us who expose the truth about the Left’s lies and its hidden motives.
We recently saw the Left go into a maniacal feeding frenzy when Rush Limbaugh used some strong terms to describe a Democrat operative activist who went before a mock Democrat hearing to present a bogus argument as to why Americans should pay for the contraceptives and abortion-inducing drugs for any girl or woman who wants them. Never mind the freedom of conscience and religion of those who oppose funding such things.
The Left latched on to Rush’s words and launched a vicious assault against his advertisers, station owners, operators and corporate broadcasters. Some advertisers caved to the phony outrage and pulled their advertising, and a few stations squeamishly dropped his program.
Why is the Left so rabidly determined to silence Rush and others like him? It is because Rush and many others shed the light of truth on the Left’s anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-Constitution agenda. The Left has nothing but lies to offer, since they cannot tell the truth about their wicked schemes. So, when Rush and others do tell the truth about the Left, it serves to undermine the Left’s power. An informed electorate is a dangerous electorate to the Left, because the plans of the Left would not be accepted by the vast majority of Americans if they knew the ugly truth.
Therefore, freedom of speech is a grand enemy of the Left, and just like in any totalitarian regime throughout history and to this present day, the controlling powers work endlessly to suppress freedom of speech and expression, which go hand-in-hand with freedom of religion, since it is often people of faith who stand against the tyrannical schemes of the communist Left.
And, so it now hits home with me.
It was a stunning, but not surprising, week. Last Friday, I got word that my radio company, Clear Channel, had decided to cancel the airing of my radio blogs. My radio blogs, which I wrote and recorded, were a twice-weekly broadcast which aired very early on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, around 6:45—well outside of “prime time.” The broadcasts averaged around 10 to 12 minutes, maximum. They had been airing here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, with a signal that reaches into Alabama and Louisiana, for two years now. During that time, I have heard from many listeners who have had nothing but praise for the broadcasts. I write from a fiery, conservative Christian perspective, and I do not mince words.
Back on March 3rd, in addition to AmericanClarion.com and ScottFactor.com, a third site, RenewAmerica.com, began carrying my radio blog columns. Renew America has a large readership, and I found out that radical leftist outlets like the Daily Kos pay close attention to that American patriot website. Shortly after Renew America began carrying my columns, I was the subject of a senseless hit piece by the Daily Kos, because of my support for Rush Limbaugh in the wake of the phony outrage campaign against his advertisers.
Commenters on that logic and truth-challenged column called for readers to “flood” my email inbox at Clear Channel. I got a few “hate” emails, which I knew were not from listeners in our area. What I am certain of, but cannot prove, is that these commie Democrat operatives also contacted corporate. It was only after this Daily Kos hit piece that the corporate guys suddenly “discovered” my radio blogs and immediately demanded they cease airing—the faithful listeners who love them be damned!
The bottom line is that I am a small voice out there. In the big picture, compared to the talk radio giants, not many people have heard my broadcasts or read my columns, so it is easy to squash a little conservative bug like me. And, of course, Clear Channel has every right to determine what content they will have on their stations. That is without question.
What is most disturbing about this is the fact that the Left has such a powerful ability to bully corporate-level people. The people who run corporations and the broadcast industry are obviously much more afraid of the vitriolic, Democrat operatives than they are of freedom-loving Americans, even though there are so many more of us than there are of them. It may be due in part to the corporate people being fooled into believing that these highly organized, well-funded leftist campaigns actually consist of honest, concerned listeners submitting their feedback, but that is not the case.
Corporate broadcasters and advertisers are being intimidated and hoodwinked by what amounts to paid actors and their recruited buddies posing as irate listeners. These leftists have bragged that they are doing this. Media Matters for America, a far-left, George Soros-funded group has openly admitted to being engaged in a militant campaign to silence talkers like Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh.
It is really too bad that advertisers and broadcasters are so easily intimidated by the brutish, anti-American, anti-freedom tactics of the radical Left. Besides being fooled by these charlatan activists, they are also intimidated and fearful of thuggish protesters targeting their companies with on-location demonstrations. This is not the American way. This is the communist way. And, until the people who run corporations and the broadcast industry grow a spine and stand up to the tiny, but loud-mouthed, organized, radical leftist minority in this nation, we will continue to see voices for conservatism being silenced in a twisted, self-imposed version of the “Fairness Doctrine.”

We have recently seen a highly organized campaign to silence the biggest talker on the radio, Rush Limbaugh, by Democrat operatives who have targeted his advertisers with a militant assault of phony outrage. All of us in the radio business, who speak for conservatism—especially Christian conservatism—are targets. The Left will not stop until we are all silenced. I certainly hope I will be able to continue to be with you here on the radio, but if not, I will nevertheless continue to write my columns to be published at the websites that carry them on the Internet.
This relentless campaign of Hell has now set its blinded sites on a brave Christian warrior pastor, Scott Lively. Pastor Lively is a fearless speaker of God’s Word. He tells the plain truth about homosexuality, and of course, the radical homosexual activists cannot abide the truth about their perverse lifestyle being told.
Now a George Soros-backed, radical leftist group, the Center for Constitutional Rights, has launched an outrageously absurd lawsuit against Pastor Lively on behalf of a homosexual activist group in Uganda. The lawsuit is accusing Pastor Lively of “violating the law of nations,” “crimes against humanity,” inciting murder, torture, and other civil rights violations—all because of his speaking the common-sense truth about homosexuality. It is an utterly baseless lawsuit filled with lies.
This stems from Pastor Lively having been invited to meet with and speak to church and pro-family groups, as well as public officials, in Uganda back in 2009. He spoke against homosexuality, and subsequently, the Ugandan Parliament introduced harsh anti-homosexual legislation, which Pastor Lively spoke out against, and which was never passed into law.
Almost two years after Pastor Lively’s invited visit and speeches, a prominent homosexual activist was murdered. Naturally, the lying Left and their lying media outlets tried to blame the murder on Pastor Lively having spoken against homosexuality, a preposterous idea on its surface, and, guess what! The homosexual activist who was murdered was killed by his homosexual prostitute live-in lover. The boyfriend confessed to beating the man to death with a hammer, because the man owed him money for his “services,” and he is now serving a 30-year prison sentence.
But, hey, the radical homosexual activists have a severe allergic reaction to the truth, so lies are their standard fare. There is no universe of reason in which Pastor Lively is even remotely responsible for this homosexual-on-homosexual murder.
The upside-down reality here is that these people are accusing Pastor Lively of persecution of homosexuals, when the truth is just the opposite: he is the one being persecuted by the militant homosexuals for his Christianity and his willingness to live and speak it.
As Pastor Lively wrote in his excellent essay, “When Truth Becomes a ‘Crime Against Humanity,’”
“Their thesis is in truth a paranoid delusion. Opposition to homosexuality is not an anxiety disorder. Disapproval of a person or thing does not equate to hatred or violence. And one person’s criticism of a political movement is not proximate cause for a third person’s wrongful actions toward the members of that group. It is perfectly rational to oppose a form of sexual conduct with serious moral, sociological and public health consequences. It is paranoid to interpret those reasonable views as hate.
This movement, which the Bible warns is given over completely to deceitfulness, will not tell the truth in this or any other situation in which its drive for control conflicts with the good of society. It and its allies devote vast resources to sell the illusion that homosexuality is a benign social phenomenon and that its detractors are malevolent bigots. No one anywhere can be allowed to disagree.
But I know the truth of the matter, and I am bound by my love of Christ and His Word to tell it, even if that makes me a ‘Criminal Against Humanity’ in international law.”
I admire Pastor Lively. You know you are a powerful and effective witness for the truth when you catch hell-born flak from the whole world.
Let us remember to keep Pastor Lively in our prayers. All of us who stand for the truth, and are willing to boldly speak it in this lost and depraved world, are every bit as much a target as he is.

This past Friday afternoon brought a new executive order from the White House. It was titled, “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” This order sent the blogosphere and conservative news followers into a terrified frenzy. I even sent out an e-mail to many on my blast list with a link to the order on the White House website, because it is an alarming thing in light of the current communist administration in Washington.
Many people are convinced that this means Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) is setting up a situation to declare peacetime martial law in America. In fact, one of the first columns to appear in the wake of Obama’s signing of the order was on Canada Free Press. Its title was, “Obama Executive Order: Peacetime Martial Law!”
I read the executive order, and the term “martial law” was not included in it. However, the order was very disturbing, but we have to look back in our history to see that this executive order is not a new one. It has almost identical wording to an executive order signed by President Bill Clinton in 1994, but Obama’s order revokes President Clinton’s order in its entirety.
As WND’s Drew Zahn reported, President Eisenhower created the first version of this kind of executive order in 1958, and the previous version after President Clinton’s was by President George W. Bush in 2003, but President Bush’s order was mainly concerned with replacing terminology and names of departments that had been revised and created, and delegating authority to the Department of Homeland Security, which had previously not existed.
Obama’s and President Clinton’s executive orders claim to derive their power from the Cold War era Defense Production Act of 1950. I tried to find an online copy of the text of the original Act as signed in 1950, but with my limited searching, I only found an incomplete one. The Act has been amended numerous times since 1950, no doubt increasing its power each time.
Obama’s order gives the executive branch of our government, with all its agencies and secretaries, powers to commandeer most major areas of the private sector for the nebulously defined purposes of “national defense,” even during peacetime. This includes power over all forms of energy, energy use, control and distribution; all water sources in the United States; all food sources, which includes production facilities, factories, farms and farm equipment; health resources, which includes all aspects of the health care industry from drugs to diagnostic equipment to medical facilities; and civil transportation, which includes control over all movement of people and forms of transportation in the United States, and all storage and repair facilites.
WND’s Drew Zahn, in his piece from Sunday, provided a balanced look at this executive order. He noted the fear of many who saw this as a massive power grab by the Obama administration, but he went on to show that this order is basically just a revision of President Clinton’s order from 1994 to update changes in government agency structure, and he quoted from an article by Ed Morrissey from HotAir.com.
At Hot Air, Mr. Morrissey concluded his piece by saying,
“Indeed — but all of that was equally true before Obama issued an update to a 73-year-old effort that changed nothing about his executive authority and power. To the extent that we’re all more aware of it, that’s good, but we shouldn’t act as though this was an Obama novelty, and we really shouldn’t jump to conspiracy-think conclusions without understanding the history of these EOs.”
That would be all well and good, if we were dealing with a run-of-the-mill Democrat or Republican in the White House, but we’re not. Here is the distinction: Barack Obama is the most lawless president in American history. There have been bad presidents, and most of them have acted extra-constitutionally when you consider the strict limits on the executive branch, and the federal government as a whole, and how most presidents have overreached those limits. But, we have never seen such blatant disregard for the limits on the authority of the executive branch as we have seen under this mystery man, Obama. We have never seen a president spit on the authority of the co-equal branches of the federal government as we have seen under Obama. We have never seen such disdain for the United States Constitution and the rights and freedoms of the American people as we have seen under Obama.
That is what makes this latest executive order incarnation more alarming to many Americans. Today we have situations we did not have under Presidents Clinton and Bush. One difference is that there was no violent, moronic Occupy movement during their terms. The Occupy movement represents Obama’s army of useful, street idiots. It is precisely those kinds of people rioting in the streets that can easily be imagined to “cause” a situation in which the federal government under Obama decides to take a martial law-type action against the American people.
While we must keep a level perspective on the fact that this type of executive order has existed at least since the 1990s, it is still unnerving to see it being given a dusting-off update under the communist regime in Washington at this particular time.
The fact is that the United States Constitution, for all intents and purposes, is dead, and it desperately needs to be resurrected and enforced. The federal government long ago broke loose from the very limited scope of its power and authority. Long ago, the federal government trampled into the realm of the authority of the several states and the people. The major source of authority in the United States was originally intended to be reserved for the people and the states, not the federal government, whose powers were meant to be few and limited.
Ms. Publius Huldah, a retired litigation attorney in Tennessee, wrote an excellent, must-read piece titled, “Model Nullification Resolutions for State Legislatures” in which she outlines a superb set of declarations for putting the federal government back in its proper place, if only the states would have the will to do so.
She opens the proposal,
“Resolved, That the States composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to the federal government; but that, with the Constitution for the United States, they established a federal government for limited purposes only. That they delegated to this federal government only limited and enumerated powers; and reserved, each State to itself, all remaining powers, along with the right to their own self-government.
That whenever the federal government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”
She notes that the State Constitution of Tennessee,
“… acknowledges the Principle that the doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.”
Indeed, the very beginning of the United States of America was most certainly one of extreme resistance to the arbitrary power and oppression by King George III of England, and our forefathers with a fierce and bloody revolution threw off those shackles. Now, less than 240 years later, we have abandoned the precious founding documents that our forefathers fought so hard to bring to life.
Beginning in earnest in the early part of the 20th century, it has been a long, gradual and steady chipping away of the rights of the states and the people by the federal government that has led us to the point where we now see an administration poised to seize absolute power over the states and the people of America. It has become clear that the Congress and the Courts have no will to stand up to the tyrant Obama and his henchmen in the various agencies and czarships of the executive branch. That leaves the last bastions against the current federally tyranny being the states themselves and then the people.
One major problem with the states standing against the federal government, is that in too many cases, the federal government holds money strings over the states. Countless millions and billions of federal taxpayer dollars are given to the states for various purposes, and with that money, the federal government has leverage over the states. If you do not cooperate with the will of the federal government, you have the threat of federal funding being denied. Basically, if you take their money, they own you.
We also see that almost every time a state has undertaken to enforce laws that, for instance, protect the integrity of elections, curb the illegal alien invasion, or protect its citizens from the unconstitutional Obamacare legislation, the federal government, through the lawless Obama Justice Department, brings lawsuits against the states, and somehow, the Justice Department manages to find willing accomplices in the federal courts to impose the Obama regime’s will on the states. We are fast approaching a point at which the states will have to either take a firm stand against, or fully give in to, the tyranny of the federal government under Barack Obama.
I also have dreadful thoughts about the upcoming presidential election that I have shared with you before on this broadcast. I can see potential for the greatest case of election fraud in the history of the United States. I can see results-changing, undetectable, voting machine hacks on a grand scale, and I can see any number of ways our newly-outsourced U.S. election results reporting—now in international hands—has serious potential for fraud. And, of course, I can see the foot soldier fraudsters on the ground committing voter fraud till they’re blue in the face—especially since this communist regime under Obama is hell-bent on preventing common-sense voter ID laws from being enacted. In other words, I can see Obama being “reelected” just like Vladimir Putin was “reelected.”
Regardless—and back to the topic of this broadcast—the current executive order signed by Obama on Friday is indeed scary, simply because of who Obama and his friends are. We are dealing with a breed of radical, anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-Constitution revolutionaries in our executive branch and throughout the Congress and the Courts, and we most certainly do have cause for alarm at this supposedly innocent “updating” of an already tyrannical, unconstitutional executive order.

At this point, anyone who does not see that we are living under a communist dictatorship of the current administration in Washington is woefully ignorant or willfully blind. One of the latest outrages against America’s free and sovereign states has—no surprise—come at the hands of the lawless Department of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ, under the racist Eric Holder, has made a mockery of its own name, because there is no justice in that department. It has become nothing more than a strong-arm, thug tool for Barack Obama (or whatever his name is).
This week, the DOJ blocked Texas’ voter identification law, falsely claiming it would be a burden to Hispanic people in the state. The DOJ used an antiquated section of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 as an excuse to block the law. Under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, certain southern states must get the approval of the DOJ before making any changes to their voting laws. This was put in place back in 1965 to prevent historical practices by some states, mainly in the South, that had thwarted black people’s ability to vote.
There is no longer any need for such a clause, because no one in this country who is legal to vote is prevented from voting—no one. Nevertheless, back in 2006, President George W. Bush signed a 25-year extension of that outdated clause, but even if he had not, the DOJ still would have dictated that Texas not enforce its own voter ID law, which was approved by the citizens of the State of Texas. You see, under this lawless administration, they do not need an excuse, like Section 5, to impose their dictatorial will on the states. They know that no one in Congress or the military will oppose them, because apparently, no one in authority has any guts to hold these criminals—from Obama on down—accountable for their illegal, unconstitutional, impeachable actions.
The simple question here is why do Democrats so viciously oppose common-sense voter ID laws? The simple answer is that Democrats, and even some so-called Republicans, cheat in elections. They have to cheat, because their communist ideology is diametrically opposed to the freedom and individualism that the majority of Americans cherish. Most Americans understand that communistic policies rob our freedom, our money and our way of life, and we want nothing to do with such monstrous dictates. Communism centralizes all the power of a nation into the hands of a tyrannical oligarchy which dictates every aspect of the citizens’ lives. We are now almost all the way there.
Not only do Democrats cheat, but they lie about the existence of election fraud. Their common refrain is that there is no such thing as election fraud, a ridiculous claim on its surface. When there is criminal activity in every conceivable place in our world, how can they make the stupid claim that when it comes to voting, there is no criminal activity? Well, because they lie, and they do not hesitate to tell the most outlandish whoppers imaginable. Considering the massive amount of power that is at stake in elections, only a fool would believe that election and voter fraud does not occur.
Of course, in order to make the statement that election fraud does most certainly occur, I should at least provide some examples. First, I want to make a note that diabolical, billionaire currency-wrecker, George Soros, created the “Secretary of State Project” back in 2006, in which he is attempting to install Democrats in the position of secretary of state all across our nation. As you know, among other duties, secretaries of state are the overseers of elections, candidate qualifications and election results, and they are able to manipulate state voter registration laws which can make election fraud easier (as in the case of allowing same-day registration and voting). Thus, Soros and his gang of globalist commies are worming their henchmen into these powerful positions. If there is no such thing as election fraud, why would Soros do this?
One of the latest, high-profile cases of election fraud was perpetrated by a Republican Secretary of State in Indiana. He was convicted in early February of this year of multiple felony counts and sentenced to a year of home detention. Since this was a Republican, you can easily find numerous stories on the Internet reported by the “mainstream” media. Election fraud by the Left is harder to find covered by these same media outlets, but it can be found with just a little bit of effort.
Also from Indiana back this past December was the case of the state chairman of the Democrat party having resigned as a result of election fraud stemming from the signatures to get Barack Obama on the ballot in the 2008 election. 500 signatures are required, and in this case 534 signatures were collected, but 150 of those signatures are declared to be forgeries.
The same article quotes a former Alabama Democrat representative, who is black, saying that voter fraud is rampant in the black districts like the one he used to represent.
There were many examples of election fraud stemming from the 2008 presidential election which saw a fraud installed in the White House. The group Minnesota Majority reported on more than a hundred voter fraud convictions stemming from the 2008 election with almost 3,000 convicted felons and otherwise suspected ineligible voters having voted, as well. The website Rotten Acorn has a huge list of election fraud convictions and allegations relating not just to the 2008 elections, but dating back to 1998.
The fact is that election fraud does occur, and although it is not limited to the communist Democrats, it is on the Left that the majority of election fraud happens. You will notice that it is only the Left that loudly clamors against voter ID laws. That is because having to present identification to vote to prove you are who you say you are greatly reduces the Left’s ability to cheat in elections.
Another grim and disturbing prospect in the upcoming presidential election is the fact that Obama’s Department of Energy conducted “research” through the Argonne Laboratory that showed the amazing ease with which electronic voting machines could be remotely hacked and the voting results changed—undetectably. Isn’t that just swell?!
Let’s not forget that the United States’ dominant election results reporting company, SOE, has been sold to a globalist election reporting company out of Barcelona called Scytl. This means that the election results for 525 U.S. jurisdictions and counting will be redirected through this foreign company before Americans can see them.
As reported by the website, Black Box Voting,
“A mitigation against fraud by SOE insiders has been the separation of voting machine systems from the SOE results reports. Because most US jurisdictions require posting evidence of results from each voting machine at the precinct, public citizens can organize to examine these results to compare with SOE results. Black Box Voting spearheaded a national citizen action to videotape [and] photograph these poll tapes in 2008.
With the merger of SOE and SCYTL, that won’t work (if SCYTL’s voting system is used). When there are two truly independent sources of information, the public can perform its own “audit” by matching one number against the other.
These two independent sources, however, will now be merged into one single source: an Internet voting system controlled by SCYTL, with a results reporting system also controlled by SCYTL.
With SCYTL internet voting, there will be no ballots. No physical evidence. No chain of custody. No way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votes, … or the count.”
Oh, there’s not a chance of election fraud in any of this! Yeah, right.
The bottom line here is that we are dealing with a power-mad man in the White House who has an almost supernaturally-powerful machine propping him up and moving the world for him. He is also greatly disliked because of his lawlessness and America-destroying policies. I do not believe there is any way he could legitimately win reelection. I do not even believe the polling data that claims that about half of America approves of Obama. I don’t believe it for a minute.
In order for him to be “reelected,” there will have to be a massive collusion of all of the above to undertake the most brazen election theft in American history. Between the foot soldier voter fraudsters on the ground, remote voting machine hacks, and who-knows-what kind of trickery that might occur as the votes of the American people are reported by foreigners, the prospect is breathtaking.
With all of this potential election wickedness, the communist Democrats in Obama’s Justice Department are desperately trying to prevent states from helping to ensure the integrity of elections with voter ID laws and anti-illegal alien legislation. The two issues go hand-in-hand, of course, since illegal alien voters are Democrat sweethearts.
The Democrats are flat-out lying when they say requiring proof of identification hurts minority voters. That is a crock of bull. Every American must show ID for a myriad of reasons, including to board a plane, to open a bank account, and to sign up for government taxpayer money handouts (the Left has no problems with that one, though). The Left never mentions the obvious fact that we all have to show ID regularly to live and work in this country; instead, they lie and say voter ID would prevent minorities from voting.
One point about this that I noted in one of my January columns titled, “Voter ID Laws are like Sunlight to the Vampire Left,”
“If voter ID laws were enacted in all states, it is likely that overall voter turnout would be lower, mainly on the Democrat side, of course. That is simply the result of all those dead and otherwise illegal voters not being able to cast their lawless Democrat votes.
… Dead voters remain on the voter rolls in every state. Purging of voter rolls of dead people and otherwise ineligible voters (as in those who have moved out of the district or state) is part of what needs to happen on a very regular basis to further prevent voter fraud. Of course, the Left fights any kind of effort to clean up the election process, and purging voter rolls is another thing the Left detests.”
It is time for the states to stand up and tell this Obama regime to take a hike. We need to enforce the state voter ID laws and anti-illegal immigration laws we pass whether the commie Obama and his buddies like it or not. Make the DOJ put its money where its mouth is, and see if they can stop us.

There is a fierce battle under way for the soul of our nation. Many of us feel helpless because of the massive, unrelenting onslaught by the evil forces that are beating at our country’s Judeo-Christian foundation from every direction. In this terrible, ancient fight which dates all the way back to the Garden of Eden, there are modern-day warriors who understand that this fight is a spiritual one. Yes, we have earthly, physical enemies, but ultimately the real enemies are the spiritual forces of evil that are the motivators behind our enemies in the physical world.
Without understanding the nature of the battle, we will not be able to effectively fight it. I thank the Lord that there are people here in America today who understand the reality of the war in which we are engaged and who fearlessly step up to the front lines and offer their services to help preserve this great nation of the United States of America, as founded.
One of the many groups of people who do this is the Thomas More Law Center. If you are not familiar with them, here is a partial description from their website,
“The Thomas More Law Center is a national nonprofit public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, dedicated to the restoration and defense of the religious freedom of Christians, time-honored family values, and the sanctity of human life. It also supports a strong national defense and an independent and sovereign United States of America.
The Law Center’s purpose is to be the sword and shield for people of faith, providing legal representation without charge. We achieve this goal principally through litigation, seeking out significant cases consistent with our mission.”
These people stand in the gap and go to bat for those of us who otherwise have no voice and no defense when the forces of darkness come against our God-given freedoms. One area of their fight for religious liberty is against the forces of Islam that have been on a stealth invasion of our nation for many years now. Only the most blind and oblivious among us can not see the campaign by Islamists to impose their detestable Shariah law on this nation through our courts and through Muslim pressure groups that lobby our government officials. They have invaded our institutions, our military and our public schools and colleges.
And, now that we have an extremist Muslim sympathizer in the White House, the crusade of the Islamists has been ramped up significantly, just as the cause of the radical homosexuals has also been given a shot of nitrous oxide since Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) took office.
As you know, when we hit a nerve with the enemy, when we are over the target, so to speak, we catch flak from the enemy. That is one way to know that we are being effective in what we do. Recently, the Thomas More Law Center has come under fire by Muslim groups and Muslim news outlets for their tireless work in opposing the advancement of Islamic Shariah law in America.
In a fine report from earlier this month, a columnist for WND wrote,
“A legal team that advocates for the Judeo-Christian heritage in the United States has been put in a bull’s-eye by Muslims after its leader commented about special privileges for Islam.
According to the Thomas More Law Center of Ann Arbor, Mich., several Islamic news sources such as Ahlul Bayt News Agency and the International Islamic News Agency recently targeted the organization and its president, Richard Thompson, in articles claiming U.S. Muslims are treated unfairly.
The agencies reported the story of a Muslim girl who said she was hesitant to practice her faith while in public school and cited comments from Thompson.
The IINA, for example, said, ‘Some also say providing Muslim students with prayer rooms and special food constitutes an organized attempt to push Islamic law in public settings. In fact, some of the most outspoken critics of accommodation for Muslim students are Christian groups. ‘What (school officials) are doing … is to give Muslim students religious benefits that they do not give any other religion right now,’ Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel at the Thomas More Law Center, a Christian advocacy group, told USA Today.’”
So, these Islamists do not see that providing special Muslim accommodations in our public schools is a tad out of the ordinary? Oh, sure they do! What would the Left’s reaction be if even a single public school created a prayer room or a little chapel area for Christian students to pray? Of course, the Left would have a fit. Atheists and other people who despise Christianity have spent decades purging, through litigation and intimidation, any hint of our nation’s Christian heritage from the public square, and yet these same people bend over backward to cater to Muslims in the public square. The double standard is plain for all to see.
The fact is that those on the communist Left are in agreement and alignment with the goals of the Islamists. Both groups seek to tear down the American system and American way of life. Both groups seek to squash our freedom of speech and freedom of religion. In this way, they truly are on the same team.
I love the way Thomas More’s Mr. Richard Thompson put it, as quoted in the WND column,
“‘Islam is more than a religion,’ Thompson said. ‘It is a political ideology that regulates every aspect of human existence and calls for the Islamic domination of the world. Since radical Muslims know they can never defeat our military on the battlefield, they devised the strategy of internal subversion.’”
Precisely so! I have said for a long time that Islam is a militant-political ideology disguised as a religion, and Islamic Shariah law is entirely incompatible with western civilization and especially our United States Constitution. It is amazing to me that those radical leftist supporters of the Islamists—the same ones who loudly clamor for women’s rights—do not seem to understand that under Islam, women have almost no rights! The way women are treated under Islam is purely evil.
But, hey, evil is the order of the day in this lost and dying world! That is why I keep repeating that ultimately there are only two camps among all people; I call them Camp A and Camp B. Simply put, Camp A includes all people who know the Lord and his moral absolutes, who understand that true freedom means personal responsibility and accountability to God. Camp B contains people filled with all the godlessness under the sun.
Yes, I see things in stark contrast, but that is never to say that people in Camp A are somehow “perfect.” Not at all! Each of us stumbles on a daily basis, but at least we are aware when we stumble and we continue to strive for the Lord’s standards, unlike those who walk in darkness.
That is why we see the Left in agreement with the Islamists—they’re ultimately on the same team, after all. That is why we see the radical homosexual agenda, along with the Islamist agenda being pushed in our godless, government-run public schools and upheld in the courts of activist judges, for whom the Constitution is an obstacle, not a foundation. They are all on the same team!
Take this example, one of the Thomas More Law Center’s cases. As I tell you this, just imagine if this were based on Christianity instead of Islam.

“In 2002, it filed a federal lawsuit against the Byron Union School District in California for a three-week indoctrination course in the Islamic faith for seventh-grade students, using the workbook ‘Islam, A simulation of Islamic history and culture.’
In that case, 12-year-old students were ordered:
• ‘From the beginning you and your classmates will become Muslim’
• ‘Dress up as a Muslim and try to be involved guarantee an excellent grade’
• ‘Pick Islamic names and wear them around your neck as ID tags’
• ‘Read the fatiha, the opening chapter in the Quran and recited by Muslims at every daily prayer’
• ‘Play a dice game called jihad by declaring a jihad against another group’
• ‘Jihad is a struggle by Muslims against oppression’
• ‘Complete the phrase required for conversion to Islam’
• ‘Complete the Five Pillars of the Islamic faith’
• ‘Analyze certain verses from the Quran’
In an astonishing ruling, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals approved the school’s Islamic indoctrination, holding that the Islam program activities were not ‘overt religious exercises’ that raised Establishment Clause concerns.
‘Just to make sure their ruling could not be precedent to establish similar classes for Christians, they made their ruling ‘Not for Publication,’ Thomas More reported.
Said Thompson, ‘Like the ancient Trojan Horse welcomed within the city’s gates, Islam has entered America disguised as a religion. But its ultimate objective is political: Destroy America and establish an Islamic nation under Shariah law. So while America sleeps, they are awake and subverting our government, as well as our public schools and universities. And we will not be deterred from our efforts to stop them.’”
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals should be dissolved. Its members have shown themselves time and again to be nothing more than radical, anti-Christian, anti-Constitution, anti-freedom activists. In this case, what’s good for the goose is not good for the gander. These people on that sham of a court deliberately shaped this ruling to prevent the same standards from being applied to Christianity. Why should they be so strongly set against Christianity? Because Christianity is the real, truly powerful deal, and God’s living Word convicts them their dark spirits.
By the way, this is the very same court that ruled against a teacher who had kept patriotic banners on the walls of his classroom for decades—banners with sayings like “God bless America,” and “One nation under God.” That is also a case of the Thomas More Law Center, which represented the beleaguered teacher. The case is now before the Supreme Court.
This group of Christian law warriors is doing all the good, fighting for America. For those of us who want to be a part of helping fight for our nation but do not really know what we can do, I suggest you consider tax deductible donations to the Thomas More Law Center. They represent their clients free of charge. Theirs is a ministry and a highly worthy one. Also, they recently put out a call for lawyers. They are looking for full-time lawyers who are committed to a higher calling and who are in agreement with the foundational principles of the Law Center.

Because it is so predictable, by now we should not be stunned by the stunning hypocrisy of the Left, but it is still tough not to be. One way to get your mind around it is to remember that the whole ideology and political existence of members of the communist Left are based on lies. They not only live on lies, lies are essential for their political survival.
Let me explain why I call these people the communist Left or communist Democrats (and this also includes some who are fake Republicans). The very foundation of the Left’s platform is an ever-expanding, all-powerful government and police state. The Left wants nothing more than to control every aspect of our lives, our means of production, our food and water supply, our financial sector, our money and our speech—everything. They want to be able to dictate to us how much energy we may use, how much of our earned money we may keep, how much and what kinds of foods we may eat, and essentially, how we are to live our lives. That program is the very definition of communism. These leftists are communists, period.
They cannot be honest about this, because right-thinking American citizens would reject it. Instead, they have to find increasingly creative and deceptive ways to disguise their intentions. They have to lie, and they have to demonize those who are wise to their intentions and who expose the truth of their evil agenda.
Thus we see their stunning hypocrisy on display daily. The latest, biggest example is the Left’s completely made-up, nonexistent “war on women.” Those on the Left are desperate to convince the American people that Republicans hate women—a stupidly false accusation that reeks of the Left’s desperation. Oh, they’re certainly desperate. The criminal, unconstitutional behavior of Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) has proven to be an amazing wake-up call to millions of sleeping Americans, and we are staying wide awake.
What we are seeing lately is a ramped-up, frenzied effort by the communist Left to silence those prominent voices of conservatism that tell the plain truth about the Left’s evil designs. Rush Limbaugh has always been a major target, and this past week, Rush gave the Left just enough ammo against him to launch an outrageous campaign against his advertisers.
This brings me back to the stunning hypocrisy of the Left. Rush slipped up when he called Sandra Fluke a slut and a prostitute. He admitted that even though he was trying to illustrate the absurdity of Fluke’s claims by using exaggeration and absurdity, he chose his words poorly. He said that he descended to the level of the Left, and that he knows better. Okay, fine. He apologized. End of story, right? Wrong.
With feigned outrage, the hypocritical Left went berserk screeching and squealing about what a woman-hater Rush is—a demonstrably false accusation, of course. Anyone who bothers to listen to Rush for any given amount of time knows full well that he has a great deal of love for America and the American people, and that includes women. But, that is not the point with the Left. They lie, and they lie all the time.
In our world, a sickening double standard exists that we have learned to expect. That does not make it easier to encounter, though, and because it is a given, that does not mean we should leave off putting the Left’s shameful hypocrisy on display.
We see the Left, in a campaign led by Media Matters and other radical leftist groups, whipping their followers into a mania of feigned outrage at Rush’s characterization of Sandra Fluke. They are behaving like rabid weasels over this insult in which Rush was telling the truth about Fluke’s motives, even though he could have dispensed with the inflammatory descriptions of her.
So, where was the outrage when leftist talkers and television personalities have called Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann the worst names imaginable? As Michelle Malkin points out in her column from Wednesday, there actually is a war on women, but it’s a “war on conservative women,” and it is a vile one.
Her piece is loaded with numerous examples of the most hellish hatred from the Left.
She opens her column,
“I’m sorry Rush Limbaugh called 30-year-old Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke a ’slut.’ She’s really just another professional femme-a-gogue helping to manufacture a false narrative about the GOP ‘war on women.’ I’m sorry the civility police now have an opening to demonize the entire right based on one radio comment — because it’s the progressive left in this country that has viciously and systematically slimed female conservatives for their beliefs.
We have the well-worn battle scars to prove it. And no, we don’t need coddling phone calls from the pandering president of the United States to convince us to stand up and fight.
At his first press conference of the year on Tuesday, the Nation’s Concern Troll explained that he phoned Fluke to send a message to his daughters and all women that they shouldn’t be ‘attacked or called horrible names because they are being good citizens.’ After inserting himself into the fray and dragging Sasha and Malia into the debate, Obama then told a reporter he ‘didn’t want to get into the business of arbitrating’ language and civility. Too late, pal.
The fact is, ’slut’ is one of the nicer things I’ve been called over 20 years of public life.”
She goes on to list some of those things, and yes, they do make “slut” look tame by comparison.
Of course, it is not just a leftist war on conservative women; conservative men are fair game, too. Speaking of Rush, how can we forget, that detestable, hideous woman of whom I had never heard until she made the sickest of comments about Rush Limbaugh. She was the black comedienne, Wanda Sykes, who, back in 2009, a few months after Obama began his term, cracked a set of “jokes” at the White House Correspondents Dinner, at which Obama was present, in which she wished for Rush to die from failing kidneys. Obama laughed.
In an opinion piece at that time, posted at PJ Media, Leon de Winter wrote,
“Wanda Sykes isn’t of any interest to me. The fact that the American president was five feet away from her and had to laugh about her joke was of interest. A comedian wishes a citizen dead and the president laughs?
The president didn’t have the guts to leave, to correct Ms. Sykes, or to express his opposition. He laughed because he apparently was entertained by the idea offered by Sykes, that this critic, a right-wing radio host who openly disagrees with the president’s plans, would die because of failing kidneys.
Afterwards, the president and his wife congratulated Sykes for her jokes. It seems plausible that he still doesn’t understand that what he did was appalling and disgusting.
… The level of hatred directed against Limbaugh is so intense among certain groups in American society — especially among the left-wing intelligentsia which considers itself superior in morals, ethics, and eating habits — that a death wish didn’t raise eyebrows among the events attendees. Not hating Rush Limbaugh means you are not really progressive and open-minded, liberal and PC. They ritually hanged him. And the president observed it — and laughed along with the excited crowd of media-apparatchiks.”
That is far from the only time leftist celebrities and talk show hosts have expressed death wishes for high-profile conservatives, and we hear not even a peep of objection from the mangy rats in the media. For a little refresher on the bile that comes out of the mouths of those on the communist Left, you can read Michelle Malkin’s column and another piece I found at the American Spectator for some truly cringe-inducing, actual hate speech.
All that has happened this past week with the phony uproar over Rush’s one little verbal slip-up is that he has managed to once again bring out the glaring, almost criminal hypocrisy of the Left, which is so very desperate to get Rush silenced.
But, it’s not going to work. In fact, I know Rush and his program will emerge even stronger and with a whole lot of brand new listeners and fresh advertisers. He is already getting new advertisers signed on to take the place of the cowardly ones that fled at the first few phone calls and emails from paid Media Matters hacks and their buddies.
Now, Rush says that a couple of those advertisers are already regretting their decision and want to come back. That ol’ suddenly-plummeting stock has a way of speaking much more loudly than a bunch of loud-mouthed, leftist college punks sitting at a communist foundation phone bank. I would tell those wishy-washy advertisers (especially those with ties to George Soros organizations) to take a hike, thank you! There are plenty more good advertisers just a-hankerin’ to buy ads on Rush Limbaugh’s show.
