Please Save The Fraudsters!

Last week you saw a photo floating around in the news, picturing President Obama on the Whitehouse lawn with three unemployed persons, demanding that Congress spend more of our hard-earned tax dollars to extend unemployment benefits.

Well, I am here and happy to inform you that our President, forever clueless and supportive of a nanny state, forgot to mention that one of these people was a convicted criminal that is currently serving her sentence. Leslie Macko, pictured here, was once employed at ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. But poor unemployed Macko lost her job in April 2009, a month after being found guilty of prescription drug fraud. But that wasn’t her first time at bat with the criminal court system.

In June of 2007, Macko was charged with grand larceny. The charge was reduced in court to petit larceny, and she was sentenced to two years probation. Kind of hard to hold down a job when you keep stealing from people, isn’t it?

By my best estimates, she fits the mold of a typical Obama supporter…criminal, needs the government to take care of her, and never tells the truth.

The way he trots out people and installs “czars” with what appears to be little background check indicates that he thinks people will believe what he says regardless of the truth to it or simply doesn’t really care enough to check the truth of what he says.

Either way is damning. Either he’s too incompetent or arrogant (and perhaps in some cases, both).
